Vision, Philosophy and Mission
Childhood Builder started with the dream of nurturing life-long learners with strong moral values. Over the years, we’ve aimed to support and touch the lives of our children, and will continue to do so.
We recognise that children learn best when they are actively involved in the construction of knowledge and they develop their knowledge, skills and dispositions by building on those already acquired from the social and cultural contexts they live in.
We are inspired to attain our goals by executing proper management, providing positive working and learning environments for educators and children, keeping abreast of primary school syllabus by Ministry of Education (MOE), engaging children holistically, building strong partnerships with parents as well as collaborating with communities in preparing children for next stages of learning and phases of developments.
Core Values
The "STEAM" programme leads us to keep up with the era by staying Creative, Critical and Reflective in our thoughts and when involved working with children. Bearing in mind the core values and vision of the company, we are driven in building strong and positive centre-family partnerships at our workplace serving the community.

The after school facilitators and children are inculcated the values of being Conscientious, Cooperative and Collaborative.

​The students are nurtured to take responsibility for their learning and development as well as be facilitated with independent thinking skills and little reliance on external support. There is when self-discipline internalizes strong cooperation among populations of peers and positive collaboration within communities.
